Packing and Materials
With a wide range of modern, specialist packing materials Simpsons International will package your goods for shipment as appropriate for the method of transport to be used.
Overseas shipments require a full export-standard pack including wrapping of furniture. This can be completed by our fully trained, experienced export packing team or, optionally by you, the client.
European consignments usually travel by road freight and the requirements for this method of shipment are similar to those for a UK relocation. For this method of relocation, your furniture, unless you request otherwise, is packed using woollen transit blankets on the vehicle.
All personal items to be packed into cartons can, once again, be packed either by yourself or our team of export packers. Extensive use of packing paper, tissue and bubble-pack ensure your goods are packed to the highest standard.
