Archive Storage
With the increasing cost of office space it is becoming more expensive for companies to fulfil their legal archive requirements in-house.
Our managed (or self managed) archive solution is available in two formats. We have units to accommodate up to 116 archive boxes (or 80 document boxes) and units capable of accommodating up to 580 archive boxes (or 480 document boxes).
The smaller units are of wooden construction and are located inside our large modern warehouse with access by arrangement during office hours, whilst the larger units are of metal construction and are located in a secure locked compound with access at any time upon registration and purchase of a key.
Document searching is provided on an hourly rate and once found your document can be couriered or faxed to anywhere you require. A reading room is also available by appointment for a small hourly charge.
