David and I would like to say a very big THANK YOU for sorting our shipment to England. We are very impressed with the excellent service given to us and can only recommend to anyone who wants to ship belongings around the world!!

You were a great help to my mom in getting everything packed up in Kimberley for us and Karen Picton from Simpsons Removals and Storage here provided excellent service as well! She sent us an email to say that the import had arrived asked us to complete the necessary documents to clear customs. Simpsons telephoned me on Friday, 5th February 2010 to say that the goods would be delivered to us on Wednesday, 10th February 2010 and the driver called me at work to say they would be here at 13h00 and arrived at 12h45!

The service given to us in both South Africa and England was very professional and we are impressed! Every item was very well packed and nothing was chipped or broken!!

Dear Shippers,
Thank you very much for taking such good care of the recent shipment of my belongings from Shrewsbury, New Jersey, USA to Meerbusch, Germany.
I was very pleased with the customer service which I received from start to finish.
Jim of University Van Lines visited me at short notice in New Jersey to assess the move and, after he received the contract, he personally made sure that all belongings were carefully packaged and wrapped for their long overseas voyage. (Not one thing was broken or damaged along the
way.)
Michael of Southern Winds made sure that my myriad queries regarding customs and import documents were promptly and curteously answered and that the shipment left the docks with all papers in tact.
Karen and Jason of Simpsons Removals in England must be applauded for excellent communications. I felt secure that someone 'way over there' was actually looking out for my property while it was in transit. With the help of Google Earth, Jason arranged for a timely delivery to my home.
And lastly my husband tells me that the two English men who actually delivered the shipment to our home should receive medals for hard work, carefulness, not to mention politeness.
I would not hesitate to recommend any of the companies involved in my shipment to others. Thank you all once again.

I am so happy to report that our things have arrived and the delivery truck just left (I had called to see when we could expect them, and while I was surprised that no estimated time was available after being told to call and get an estimate, as soon as I hung up the phone they arrived!).
I haven't done a full inventory yet (I will let you all know if there is anything missing/damaged) but everything went so well with the delivery. The guys, Andy and Paul, were so kind and helpful, and we really appreciated their excellent service.

I would like to say a (belated) big thank you to Simpsons and Transglobal shipping for the excellent service we received from your companies. Our goods arrived in perfect condition with no hassles.
A extra big thank you to Lyn for arranging a few boxes to be put aside while doing the customs check. We were due to have a baby around the same time the container was due and luckily were able to pick the boxes up from Transglobal 2 days after our baby arrived.

Ken and I were most impressed with the level of service Simpsons provided during our move in December. Danny and all the crw were unfailingly helpful and good humoured throughout the week of packing, loading and unloading. The weather was atrocious for most of the week but they never complained even through we did. Danny's packing skills were exemplary and nothing was broken, thanks to his careful wrapping. I just wanted to email you to say a huge thank you to all the team who helped our move from London to Manchester go so smoothly.

I could not be in London to oversee the move myself and had to rely on family and friends to do it for me. However, once your team of packers arrived they just took over and all my sister was left to do was to keep the tea coming! Similarly, with your team when they arrived the next day to deal with the removal of our furniture and effects to our new home in Manchester. They did it with great professionalism and good humour throughout the whole operation.
