Do you dismantle furniture?
Dismantling and reassembly is available as an option. If you are dismantling the furniture yourself this should be done ahead of time.

Do you move safes?
Safes up to around 6cuft (quite small) will be accommodated as part of your relocation with no special requirements. Larger safes require risk assessment, specialist equipment and extra care to prevent damage to personnel, buildings and the safe itself. If you have concerns about your safe please complete a contact form and a representative will assist you with this.

Do you arrange parking permits/dispensation?
Ordinarily this is something that you, the client, are in a better position to deal with. We will provide you with all the information such as length of vehicle(s), colour, registration, etc.

Do you move IT equipment?
Different options are available depending upon your resources and budget. If you have an IT department we can liase with them to relocate your IT equipment or we can provide expert IT staff so you can allocate your resources elsewhere.

Do you move photocopiers?
If the copier belongs to your company we can move the unit. If the copier is leased we will need faxed confirmation from the leasing company giving us permission to move the unit. In ALL cases the copier must be empty of paper and toner.

Do I have to empty filing cabinets and plan chests?
All filing cabinets must be emptied for safety reasons.

Will you protect the inside of my lifts?
Any passenger lift that is used in the course of your relocation will be protected with lift lining blankets where possible.

Will you move me in the evening or at the weekend?
By arrangement we are able to move outside of normal working hours. If you require an evening or Sunday relocation this service is available with different premiums. Work conducted on a Saturday in daytime hours is carried out at our standard rate.

Will you store my goods?
We are able to store goods for any length of time that you require.

Do you supply packing crates?
Crates are available for hire on either a daily basis or a fixed term basis.

Do you supply computer cases?
Computer crates are supplied for the duration of your relocation. If you require use of the crates either before your relocation or for a period after the a hire charge will become applicable.

Are you able to pack the crates?
If you cannot allocate the resources to pack your goods then a separate packing service is available. This usually takes place on the day prior to your relocation.

Are you able to offer a Project Manager?
For larger relocation a project manager may be an option you wish to take. This will leave your own personnel available to continue with your own business.

Will you unpack cartons/crates?
Unpacking is an option that, whilst available, is not often provided. Put simply we do not know where you will want your effects to be placed and a well meant decision by a member of our team could leave essential documents misplaced and not available when needed.

Will you protect the floor at my new premises?
Wooden, marble and carpeted floors are protected where appropriate using coverings suited to the floor. Wooden and marble floors can be covered with boards while carpets are covered with low-tack stick down plastic sheets.

Are your staff trained?
Our staff are all trained and experienced. Training is usually done through our in house program and key personnel are accredited through the BAR training scheme.

Do you use agency staff?
All of our staff are employed directly by our company and not via an agency.

Do you provide porterage services for internal removals?
If you are moving some effects internally at your premises we can supply staff on a daily rate basis.
