Are there any goods I cannot store?
Perishable goods, obviously, along with aromatics such as petrol, and other flammable liquids and gas containers. Not so obvious are freezers that are not defrosted properly, which could lead to mildew and could attract vermin into the facility. Important paperwork like passports and deeds should not be submitted for storage

May I inspect the storage facility?
You can indeed, in fact our advice suggests just that. There is also no need to make an appointment as there is nothing for us to hide and we pride ourselves in maintaining a clean and efficient facility.

Is the storage area clean/dry/heated?
The storage facility is clean and dry, though it is a working warehouse and a certain amount of dust is inevitable. The warehouse is, however, not heated. This reason is that because it is so big the temperature does not fluctuate more than a few degrees whether the weather is bright sunshine or a blizzard. This stable environment keeps your furniture free from mildew, and pests.
